"I recognize that some women must work, but i fear that there are far too many who do so only to get the means for a little more luxury and a few fancier toys."-President Gordon B. Hickley
Disclaimer
This blog is not meant to make anyone feel bad or guilty for working. Each person must choose for themselves and individual circumstances are not subject to the judgement of others. My own mother had to work while her children were growing up so that we could have food to eat and clothes to wear. I am so grateful for her sacrifice and i know this is an extremely sensitive subject. My purpose is only to inspire those moms who are lucky enough to not have to work to provide the basics for their families.
About this Blog
This is a blog meant only to uplift and give strength to those of us who choose to embark upon the noble work of being stay-at-home moms.
I have not been lucky enough found a job that would allow me to work from home or take my kids with me. If i find one- i'll take it in a heartbeat!
However, recently i had felt distressed and in need of confirmation about my choices. I started reading some quotes from prophets of our Lord and I found myself awakened and at peace, rededicated to the work and calling of motherhood. And I thought i would share quotes, music, and stories to help buoy up other moms in need of that spiritual reaffirmation.

So funny! I love the "if you can't sew, learn to use duct tape" line :)
